De opdrachtnemer (broker/intermediaire dienstverlener) is verantwoordelijk voor het proces van werving en (voor)selectie van de tijdelijke medewerkers alsook voor het administratieve en juridische proces, inclusief vrijwaring voor / beheersing van risico’s, controle, verantwoordelijkheden, administratieve handelingen, facturatie en betaling van de tijdelijke medewerkers.
