EVB-IT Framework Agreement ISY.Reporting

As part of the continuous modernization and digitalization of the education system in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, the Ministry of Education and Child Daycare Mecklenburg-Vorpommern intends to introduce a digital solution, the so-called Reporting Module "ISY.Reporting", for central data collection and analysis. The ISY-MV project (Integrated School Management System of the State of MV) is creating a complex IT infrastructure consisting of several components, including various software solutions with different tasks. The reporting module is to be integrated into the existing and growing system portfolio. The goal is to generate GDPR-compliant and cross-system reports from existing datasets. The subject of the procurement is the provision of a digital solution for central data analysis in the form of temporary software transfer (hosting by the client, software rental, i.e., no SaaS) including software maintenance and support. The desired reporting solution must validate and plausibilize data from a data warehouse, enable users to perform analyses, and automatically provide the results of a plausibility check. The reporting solution thus represents the front-end to a data warehouse being developed in parallel by the client in the back-end, so that the subject of this tender primarily comprises the front-end component (reporting solution), while services related to the back-end are separately and explicitly identified in the tender documents and this service description.
