The project “Fostering Inclusive, Representative, Participatory Decision- and Policy-Making and Social Cohesion at All Levels through Dialogue and Mediation Tools” implemented by the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine (OSCE SPU) in partnership with, inter alia, the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine and President’s Ombudsperson on a Barrier- Free Environment (the Ombudsperson) plans to organize three dialogue meetings on the establishment of a barrier-free environment in Rivne, Ukraine, on 22-23 October 2026, in Kyiv, Ukraine, on 28-29 October 2026, and in Chernivtsi, Ukraine, on 5-6 November 2026.
