Central Coast Council is seeking Expression of Interests (EOI) from experienced heritage architects to develop plans for the adaptive reuse of the Former Gosford Library, located at 118-120 Donnison Street, Gosford for community and commercial purposes. A Site Inspection of the Former Gosford Library will be available: Date: Thursday, 13 August 2026 Time: 2:00pm – 4:00pm Location: 118-120 Donnison Street, Gosford Please provide you intention to attend the Site Inspection to Kellie Neville at Kellie.Neville@centralcoast.nsw.gov.au prior to the date of the inspection.
