Cost Suppliers CIPFA BUSINESS LIMITED Rating Good Performance 100% Dates 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 3 months Description Supplier Cost remains within agreed parameters - frequency will be per commission/invoice. Thresholds: Inadequate: Less than 100% of services delivered within agreed costs; Good: 100% of services delivered within agreed costs KPI 3. Time - In Depth Assessment Suppliers CIPFA BUSINESS LIMITED Rating Good Performance 100% Dates 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 3 months Description A draft of each in-depth assessment must be submitted within 5 weeks of commissioning (unless agreed by exception). Frequency will be per assessment. Thresholds:- Inadequate: Less than 95% completed and submitted within 6 - 8 weeks; Good: 95% or more completed and submitted within 6 - 8 weeks; KPI 5. Time - Final Reviews Suppliers CIPFA BUSINESS LIMITED Rating Good Performance 100% Dates 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 3 months Description Final reviews must be delivered within 6 - 8 weeks of commissioning (unless agreed by exception). Frequency will be per review. Thresholds:- Inadequate-Less than 95% completed and submitted within 6 - 8 weeks; Good-95% completed and submitted within 6 - 8 weeks. KPI 6.
