Original language: csPři tavení a ustalování mědi a měděných slitin za vysokých teplot se do atmosféry uvolňují zplodiny z tohoto tepelného procesu. Vzdušnina však nemůže být evakuována do atmosféry, ale musí být odsávána do technologie filtrace, kde pomocí technologie čištění spalin jsou redukovány tuhé i plynné znečišťující látky. Centrální odtah filtrace bude napojen od dvou indukčních kanálkových tavících a dvou indukčních kanálkových ustalovacích pecí v úrovni hlavních přírub cca 1 metr od pecí ukončených uzavírací klapkou. Celková technologie je umístěna mimo novou výrobní halu. Hrubé a případné hořící částice jsou nejprve odděleny v mechanickém separátoru, dále postupují znečištěné spaliny do technologie čištění spalin, kde budou separovány tuhé znečišťující látky a pomocí vápenné aditivní metody i plynné znečišťující látky. Z technologie čištění spalin jsou odprašky transportovány kontinuálně do big-bagů, které jsou dále likvidovány Zadavatelem. Tato celková technologie bude řízena PLC systémem se vzdáleným dohledem.
