Zoek je een uitdagende klus in een dynamische omgeving? Dan kun je als Financieel Adviseur bij Maashorst je hart ophalen. Wij zijn op zoek naar een interim Financieel Adviseur domein Ruimte ter vervanging tijdens een periode van zwangerschaps- en ouderschapsverlof. Je bent actief op zowel financieel als bedrijfseconomisch gebied en werkt op verschillende niveaus. Als Financieel Adviseur Domein Ruimte (28 uur per week) ga je de komende periode: Adviseren over vraagstukken rondom Energie & Klimaat, Economie, Toerisme, Gebiedsontwikkeling (planvorming, ontwerp en uitvoering) en de Omgevingswet. Ook andere thema?s binnen het Domein Ruimte kunnen aan bod komen. Proactief meedenken over bedrijfseconomische ontwikkelingen en, indien nodig, over de inrichting van applicaties en processen. Soms heb je hiervoor de tijd, soms is er juist haast bij. Beleidscollega?s binnen het Domein Ruimte adviseren bij o.a. voorstellen en projecten, door te zorgen voor een stevige financi?le onderbouwing. Denk hierbij aan het opstellen van financi?le analyses, prognoses en begrotingswijzigingen. Beleidscollega?s ondersteunen bij de P&C-cyclus op financieel vlak. Je hebt je eigen adviesportefeuille, maar kijkt ook steeds naar de rode draad in het financieel advies binnen Maashorst. Daarbij werk je samen met een collega-financieel adviseur binnen het Domein Ruimte en met overige adviseurs financi?n. Zij zijn je sparringpartners en kunnen je meenemen in de manier waarop Maashorst het financi?le adviesproces vormgeeft en uitvoert.
