UNDP is looking for a contractor well versed with digital technology development to design, develop, deploy, and operationalise a secure, open-source, government-hosted National Multistakeholder Digital Collaboration Platform for the Ministry of Local Government (MoLG) that serves as Uganda’s central coordination hub for waste management.
The platform will enable structured stakeholder collaboration, real time data sharing (integrated with NEMA SWIMS), among other systems, circular economy market linkages, informal sector formalisation, citizen transparency, and evidence based policy implementation while embedding a clear sustainability and ownership plan to avoid post project abandonment.A pre-bid meeting will be conducted.
