Het doel van de aanbesteding luidt als volgt: Het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één (1) opdrachtnemer voor het verlenen van Fiscale Advisering. Hiermee wenst de aanbestedende dienst vanaf 1 april 2026 een onafhankelijke externe partij in te kunnen schakelen voor het leveren van de Fiscale Advisering. Dit stelt de aanbestedende dienst in staat om op verantwoorde wijze verantwoording af te leggen en te voldoen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving.
Met de aanbesteding wordt beoogd een langdurige relatie met één opdrachtnemer aan te gaan die in staat is om de opdrachtgever te ondersteunen in voorkomende zaken rondom onder andere maar niet gelimiteerd; de Omzetbelasting, btw-compensatiefonds, vennootschapsbelasting, loonbelasting en overdrachtsbelasting en aanpalende onderwerpen binnen de organisatie van de opdrachtgever.
