Description
Der vorliegende Auftrag konzentriert sich auf die Unterstützung der Belebung und Weiterentwicklung des E+E-Netzwerks, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf Wissensmanagement, Kommunikation und der Einbindung der Community in einer virtuellen Umgebung liegt. Der Auftrag hat voraussichtlich eine Laufzeit von fünf Jahren und umfasst sowohl regelmäßige Aufgaben als auch Ad-hoc-Aufträge. Der Auftragnehmer wird eng mit der E+E-Sektion zusammenarbeiten, insbesondere mit den beiden Sektorberatern für Wirtschaft und berufliche Kompetenzentwicklung, die als Hauptansprechpartner fungieren werden. Zu den Kernaufgaben gehören die Belebung und Moderation des Netzwerks als aktive Praxisgemeinschaft, die Förderung des Engagements der Mitglieder sowie die Reaktion auf sich wandelnde Bedürfnisse. Der Auftragnehmer wird relevantes Wissen und relevante Entwicklungen aus der internationalen Forschung, politischen Debatten, internationalen Organisationen und Fachnetzwerken identifizieren, kuratieren und zusammenfassen und diese in für die Mitglieder zugängliche und nützliche Formate umsetzen. Dazu gehören die Erstellung von Kommunikations- und Wissensprodukten sowie die Verwaltung und Aktualisierung wichtiger digitaler Plattformen, insbesondere der E+E-Microsoft-Teams-Umgebung und der Website des E+E-Netzwerks. Schließlich umfasst dies auch die Unterstützung der E+E-Sektion bei der Fertigstellung, Bearbeitung und Gestaltung wichtiger Dokumente.
