1. The Government of the Republic of CĂŽte dâIvoire has received financing from the World Bank to finance the Forest Investment Project Phase II (PIF 2), and intends to use part of this credit to make payments under the Contract for the "Supply of laboratory equipment for the benefit of the Ivorian Anti-Pollution Center (CIAPOL)".
2. The PIF 2 Coordination Unit invites sealed bids from eligible bidders who meet the required qualifications for the execution of the following works:

3. The procedure will be conducted through national competitive bidding using a National Invitation to Bid (AON) as defined in the "Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing Borrowers" dated September 2025, of the World Bank ("the Procurement Regulations"), and open to all bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain information from the Coordination Unit of the Forest Investment Project Phase 2 (PIF 2) and review the Invitation to Bid documents at the address mentioned below from 9 AM to 12 PM and from 1 PM to 5 PM (local time).
5. The Bidding Documents in French may be consulted free of charge or purchased by any interested Bidder at the address below for a non-refundable cash payment of fifty thousand (50,000) CFA francs.
6. Bids must be submitted to the address below no later than Wednesday, July 01, 2026 at 10:00 AM GMT (local time). Electronic submission of bids will not be permitted. Any bid received after the deadline for submission of bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives and persons present at the address mentioned below on Wednesday, July 01, 2026 at 10:30 AM GMT (local time).

9. Contracts resulting from this Invitation to Bid will be subject to registration stamp duties payable to the DGI. These contracts will also be subject to the payment of a regulation fee of 0.5% of the amount excluding taxes of the contract price to be paid to the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (ARCOP).
