Supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of an analytical combustion chromatography (AOX-IC) system for the Environmental Chemistry Laboratory (LCE) of Aix-Marseille University

This contract concerns the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of an analytical combustion chromatography (AOX-IC) system for the Environmental Chemistry Laboratory (LCE) of Aix-Marseille University. The tender was conducted through an open tender procedure in accordance with the provisions mentioned in Article 1 of Article R. 2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code and Articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. This is a contract with a firm tranche and optional tranche(s) in accordance with the provisions mentioned in Articles R2113-4 to R2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code. Estimated market value (non-contractual information) for all tranches combined: €179,000 excluding VAT. - Firm Tranche (TF): acquisition of a combustion system compatible with coupling to an ion chromatography system, including an autosampler for solid and liquid samples and associated services. The TF includes an optional variant as described in Article 6.3 of the CCP. - Optional Tranche 1 (TO1): Extension of warranty for an additional two (2) years for the complete analytical system. - Optional Tranche 2 (TO2): Preventive maintenance of the complete analytical system for a period of three (3) years. Modality for confirming optional tranches: the execution of each optional tranche is subject to a confirmation decision by the contracting authority. This decision is notified in writing to the contractor by mail (sent via PLACE/Email/postal mail). Commencement of services for the optional tranche(s): The execution of the relevant tranche begins upon notification of the letter. Deadline for confirming tranches: The decision to confirm the optional tranche(s) may be made during the term of the contract. This is a non-renewable contract. The contract takes effect on the date of receipt of its notification by the contractor until the date of acceptance of the services (as recorded in the acceptance report for all services), within a maximum period of 12 months. The applicable execution deadlines are those to which the contractor has committed in their offer (see Annex 1 to the Letter of Engagement – Price Schedule). FOR INFORMATION: The execution deadlines will be suspended during the establishment's closure period, from Monday, December 21, 2026, to Sunday, January 3, 2027, inclusive. During this period, no delivery, installation, commissioning, or training services can be performed.
