Description

The kitchen upgrades comprise the replacement of existing kitchens, the supply and installation of wall cabinets and base units, laminate worktops with mitred joints, sinks with single level mixer taps and relevant waste fittings. The works will also comprise wall boarding above worktops and to the underside of wall cabinets, all as detailed within the Employers Requirements. The bathroom upgrades comprise the replacement of existing bathroom /wet floor room installations, the supply and installation of new shower screens, electrical showers, extractor fans, IP rated LED light fitting and all associated multi-trades works. The works will also comprise wet wall board finishes all as detailed within the Employers Requirements. Lot: Kitchen Upgrades and Associated Works — The kitchen upgrades comprise the replacement of existing kitchens, the supply and installation of wall cabinets and base units, laminate worktops with mitred joints, sinks with single level mixer taps and relevant waste fittings.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Lot: Bathroom Upgrades & Associated Works — The bathroom upgrading works will comprise the replacement of existing bathroom/wet floor room installations, the supply and installation of new electric showers, shower screens/enclosures, extractor fans, IP rated LED light fittings, installation of laminate wall boarding and all other associated multi-trades and finishing works as detailed with the Employer's Requirements.
