Für das Förderzentrum Förderschwerpunkt Hören soll das Ensemble mit Gebäuden von 1986 bis 1990 in der Musenbergstraße 38 in 81929 München generalsaniert sowie ein Ersatzneubau des Gebäudes 3 entstehen. Die Nutzungen der insgesamt 4 Schulgebäuden umfassen Grund- und Mittelschule mit allen dazugehörigen Fachräumen, Räume für Ganztagesbetreuung, Seminarräume, Aula, Pädagogisch-Audiologische Beratungsstelle sowie einer Turn- und Schwimmhalle. Für die Grund- und Mittelschule sowie die Turnhalle sollen für die Bauphasen Interimsgebäude entstehen. Aus schulorganisatorischen Gründen wird die Maßnahme in zwei Bauabschnitte gegliedert. Die Freianlagen umfassen zwei Tiefhöfe, verschiedene Spielbereiche, Außenmöblierung sowie die erforderlichen Pausen- und Erschließungsflächen (PKW, Fahrräder, Vorfahrt) und sind eng mit den Schulgebäuden verwoben.
