Appel d'offres avec projet architectural pour l'attribution d'un droit distinct et permanent (DDP) à un investisseur/développeur dans la zone de développement industriel et artisanale de Mouille - Galand (ZIMOGA) à Vernier. Le DDP porte sur les parcelles n° 1812, 1813, 1814, 1815, 1542, 5905 et 5907 de la commune de Vernier, propriété de la FTI. Il a pour but le développement d'activités industrielles et artisanales liées à l'automobile et aux poids lourds. La mise à disposition des surfaces auprès des futurs utilisateurs est prévue exclusivement en PPE (propriété par étage). A l’issue de la procédure, et suite à la validation par le Conseil de fondation, le soumissionnaire retenu signera une promesse de contracter relative à la constitution d’un droit de superficie avec la FTI.
