Het contract met de ingeschreven ZZP-er wordt verzorgd door Haert B.V.. Het bureau verklaart met inschrijving van een beschikbare kandidaat dat deze kandidaat geen ZZP-er is. De gemeente Veldhoven zoekt een ervaren functioneel beheerder voor de applicatie Suites voor het Sociaal Domein van Centric. Deze applicatie ondersteunt de uitvoering van de Wmo, Jeugdwet en Participatiewet. De opdracht heeft als doel het tijdelijk borgen van het functioneel beheer van de Suites-omgeving. De externe functioneel beheerder zorgt voor de continu?teit van het applicatiebeheer, inclusief het ondersteunen van gebruikers, het afhandelen van incidenten en wijzigingen, het testen van nieuwe releases, het beheren van koppelingen en het onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers. Doelstelling Borgen van de continu?teit van het functioneel beheer van de Suites-omgeving. Professionalisering van het beheer en documentatie van processen en koppelingen. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Dagelijks functioneel beheer van Centric Suites voor het sociaal domein. Analyseren, registreren en oplossen van functionele incidenten en gebruikersvragen. Uitvoeren van wijzigingsverzoeken en releasebeheer. Begeleiden van gebruikers bij het correct gebruik van de applicatie. Samenwerken met de leverancier en interne ICT voor correcte werking en koppelingen. Documenteren van processen, procedures en instellingen. Verwachte resultaten Functioneel beheer van de applicatie is gewaarborgd gedurende de inhuurperiode. Kennis is gedeeld en gedocumenteerd op een overdraagbare manier. Verbeteringen in het beheerproces zijn gesignaleerd en waar mogelijk doorgevoerd.
