Wat ga je doen? Als functioneel applicatiebeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van de Centric Suites. De applicatiebeheerder ondersteunt de processen van de teams die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de uitvoering van de Jeugd-, Wmo- en Participatiewet. Je bent met je collega?s verantwoordelijk voor: Inrichten van de Centric Suites applicaties bij wetswijzigingen; Oplossen van fouten en/of problemen in de functionaliteiten van applicaties Autorisaties die te maken hebben met de Suites Kwaliteits- en bestandsbeheer Plannen, testen, evalueren en vrijgeven van nieuwe releases en versies; Geven van instructies en training (gebruikersondersteuning); Je neemt deel aan projecten en hebt hierin een adviserende en/of leidende rol afhankelijk van de complexiteit; Onderhouden van documenten met behulp van de MDU-functionaliteit; Je doet proactief voorstellen voor verbeteringen in stuurinformatie, werkprocessen, procedures, documentatie en werkinstructies.
