De opdracht betreft het adviseren over leermiddelen voor het VO, het leveren van de betreffende leermiddelen en het uitvoeren van diensten omtrent het gefaciliteerd leermiddelenfonds voor de twee VMBO locaties van De Rooi Pannen in Tilburg en Eindhoven. Het betreft hier leermiddelen met uitzondering van eigen methodes, VO-content, gratis content, niet door inschrijver te leveren leermiddelen en pilots.
Onderdeel van de opdracht is ook het ondersteunen bij het realiseren van een leermiddelenbeleid voor De Rooi Pannen.
