De opdracht omvat minimaal dertig vast opgestelde geluidmeetsets (waarvan 27 Klasse 2 volgens IEC-61672-1 en 3 Klasse 1) en drie mobiel op te stellen geluidmeetsets (Klasse 1 volgens IEC-61672-1) voor het verzamelen van data over het geluid in gemeente Eindhoven. De positie van de geluidmeetunits wordt in overleg tussen de opdrachtnemer en opdrachtgever voor plaatsing bepaald. Waar mogelijk worden geluidmeters nabij luchtkwaliteitsmeters geplaatst.
