De procesregisseur zorg&veiligheid is verantwoordelijk voor het (proces)regisseren c.q. coördineren van vastgelopen, complexe casuïstiek in het sociaal domein waar geen duidelijke 'eigenaar' is en de OOV-component ontbreekt. De procesregisseur fungeert als verbinder om impasses te doorbreken tussen partners van het zorg- en sociaal- en veiligheidsdomein. In deze functie ligt de focus op het sociaal domein. Je directe collega-procesregisseurs richten zich meer op het veiligheidsdomein. Het betreft een nieuwe pioniersfunctie, wat een aanvulling is in het bestaande vakgroep zorg & veiligheid. Het team bestaat uit procesregisseurs, procesondersteuners en een beleidsadviseur.
Doel:
Het doorbreken van handelingsverlegenheid door ketenpartners aan te spreken op hun rollen en verantwoordelijkheden.
Het voorkomen van maatschappelijk en bestuurlijk afbreukrisico bij escalerende casussen.
Ontlasten van de huidige procesregisseurs Zorg en Veiligheid, op het vlak van de Persoonsgerichte Aanpak (PGA).
Het samen met de beleidsadviseur aanjagen van de implementatie van de Wet Aanpak Meervoudige Problematiek Sociaal Domein (WAMS).
Het zichtbaar maken van leemtes in het sociaal domein als input voor beleid en structurele borging in 2027.
