De gemeente Molenlanden wil een nieuw zaaksysteem dat aantoonbaar bijdraagt aan de
organisatiedoelen op het gebied van dienstverlening, bedrijfsvoering en informatiebeheer. Het
systeem vervult een centrale rol binnen de informatievoorziening van de gemeente en moet
medewerkers in staat stellen om processen efficiënt, digitaal en zaakgericht af te handelen.
Daarbij is het essentieel dat het systeem op een veilige en verantwoorde manier informatie
uitwisselt met interne registraties en externe ketenpartners. Informatie moet duurzaam
toegankelijk blijven en verwerkt worden volgens de geldende en toekomstige wet- en regelgeving
