Opdrachtgever: Inkoopsamenwerking Noord Veluwe (ISNV)
De opdracht richt zich op kennisdeling, coaching en procesverbetering, met behoud van een zelfstandige en adviserende rol.
De werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere:
Adviseren over en leveren van inhoudelijke input voor optimalisatie van de processen eerste inschrijving arbeidsmigranten en reisdocumenten;
Bijdragen aan de uitvoering van verbeteracties voortvloeiend uit de zelfevaluatie BRP en reisdocumenten;
Adviseren over en ondersteunen bij de implementatie van functiescheiding binnen Burgerzaken;
(Deels) opstellen of bijwerken van werkinstructies en borgingsdocumenten;
Uitvoeren van de rol als beveiligingsfunctionaris reisdocumenten
Begeleiden van één junior medewerker en een nieuwe collega door middel van casuïstiekbesprekingen en kennisoverdracht;
Adviseren bij complexe vraagstukken binnen front office Burgerzaken en Burgerlijke stand en fungeren als sparringpartner voor het team;
Signaleren van knelpunten in overige processen en adviseren over mogelijke verbeteringen.
De opdrachtnemer voert de werkzaamheden zelfstandig en op eigen wijze uit, in overleg met de opdrachtgever over voortgang en resultaten.
