Original language: DutchTaken voor Ecoloog binnen de gemeente Zeewolde Advisering planvorming Toetsen van omgevingsvergunningen en bestemmingsplanwijzigingen op de Omgevingswet. Beoordelen van ecologische onderzoeken. Implementatie van biodiversiteit in bestemmingsplantrajecten en vergunningaanvragen. Waarborgen dat het gemeentelijk beleid voor biodiversiteit wordt betrokken in ecologische onderzoeken door derden en gemeentelijke projecten. Bij gemeentelijke plannen biodiversiteit integraal meenemen. Natuur-inclusief ontwerpen en bouwen borgen in de organisatie en aan derden. Samenwerking zoeken met andere terreineigenaren en partners zoals Provincie Flevoland, Waterschap Zuiderzeeland, Rijkswaterstaat. Terugkoppelingen formuleren aan bestuur en raad over de voortgang van de uitvoering van het biodiversiteitbeleid. Initiatieven ontwikkelen samen met inwoners/verenigingen Vrijwilligersprojecten ondersteunen. Stimuleren van natuurvriendelijke en klimaat-adaptieve tuinen. Creëren van draagvlak bij bewoners door te communiceren over biodiversiteit en natuur en bewonersinitiatieven te ondersteunen. Stimuleren en bijdragen aan groene schoolpleinen. Ondersteunen van plaatselijke organisaties die natuurbeleving en natuureducatie organiseren. Meedenken in beheer buitenruimte Opwaarderen ecologische waarden in het openbaar groen. (Laten) opstellen van beleidsplannen e.d.) Tot uitvoer (laten) brengen van maatregelen om de biodiversiteit te stimuleren. Zorgen dat het kennisniveau van medewerkers over biodiversiteit op pijl komt en blijft (van beleid tot uitvoering). Uitzetten en controleren van natuuronderzoek en monitoring. Formuleren van ecologische doelstellingen en beoordelen of deze worden behaald. Ontwikkelen en versterken ecologische verbindingszones in samenwerking met gebiedspartners. Is een vraagbaak voor BOR t.a.v. beheer en inrichting openbare ruimte.
