Als Toezichthouder en jurist permanente bewoning vakantieparken ben je verantwoordelijk voor het: Uitvoeren van toezicht en handhaving aan de hand van het beleid handhaving vitale vakantieparken. Daarbij gaat het om:
Rapporteren van bevindingen, melden van overtredingen en maken van ambtelijke vooraankondiging;
Handhaven bij geconstateerde overtredingen. De handhaving bestaat uit het sturen van een voornemen. Het opleggen van een last onder dwangsom of het toepassen van bestuursdwang. Het vertegenwoordigen van het college bij de bezwaarschriftencommissie, de rechtbank en Raad van State in voorkomende bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures;
Het (starten) invorderen van de verbeurde dwangsommen.
