Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou služby spočívající zejména v provedení projektové činnosti, inženýrské činnosti, jakož i výkonu dozoru projektanta v souvislosti se záměrem rozšíření kapacity laboratoří ve stávajícím pavilonu D30 areálu Univerzitního kampusu v Brně Bohunicích. Předmětem rekonstrukce objektu D30 RECETOX etapa II je převážně 3., 4. NP a střecha, suterén a 2. NP budou dotčeny rekonstrukcí jen částečně. Minimální požadavky na předmět veřejné zakázky jsou vymezeny technickými, obchodními a jinými smluvními podmínkami, které jsou součástí přílohy zadávací dokumentace. Předpokládaná hodnota stavebních nákladů: cca 100 000 000 Kč bez DPH.
