Zusätzlich sind die Nutzungsverteilung anzupassen und vier zusätzliche Wohnplätze aufzunehmen. Für diese anspruchsvolle Aufgabe wird im Zuge einer Generalplanersubmission ein Generalplanerteam für die SIA-Phasen 31 bis 53 beschafft. Folgende Funktionen und Kompetenzen sind durch das Generalplanerteam abzudecken: – Generalplaner als Gesamtleitung – Architektur – Baumanagement – Bauingenieurwesen – Gebäudetechnik (HLKS) inkl. Fachkoordination HLKSE – Elektroplanung – Gebäudeautomation (GA) – Brandschutzplanung – Bauphysik und Akustik – Spezialisten
