Original language: GermanIn den letzten Jahren wurden in der ARA Buchs in zwei Etappen grössere Investitionen in den Ausbau von Schlammbehandlung und Abwasserreinigung sowie Werterhaltungsmassnahmen getätigt. Als dritte und vorläufig letzte Ausbauetappe steht die Installation einer Behandlungsstufe gegen Mikroverunreinigungen an. Die entsprechenden Projektgrundlagen wurden anfangs April 2026 durch das AWE dem BAFU zur Anhörung eingereicht. Die Verantwortlichen des Abwasserverbands Buchs-Sevelen-Grabs beabsichtigen nun anhand des Vorprojekts, die Planung voranzutreiben. Hierfür wird ein Planungsmandat ausgeschrieben: - Generalplanung exkl. Elektrofachplanung EMV ARA Buchs (SIA-Phasen 32 bis 53) Die vorliegende Ausschreibung definiert die für die Planung und Realisierung des Projektes EMV ARA Buchs notwendigen Planungsleistungen, welche als Generalplanungsmandat vergeben werden. Davon ausgenommen sind lediglich die Leistungen der Elektrofachplanung, welche zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt submittiert werden.
