Project Objectives: Within the scope of this project, the aim is to acquire a solution for implementing SBB Energie's intervention management process, from the intervention request to execution. The tool to be acquired must enable the planning and coordination of interventions on high-voltage installations (production and high-voltage grid) and the generation of necessary documents for these interventions. The final objective is to replace the currently used solution. Subject of the Market: The subject of the acquisition is a market-compliant solution that enables efficient implementation of the intervention management process for SBB's high-voltage grid and SBB's production units. The service includes proven market software that can be integrated into and operated within the existing IT infrastructure of SBB. With SBB's support, the supplier adapts the software to SBB's needs. This includes both parameterization and customization. The supplier assists SBB in migrating from the old to the new system, including data import for initial application population. The supplier offers training support (Train the Trainer) and provides corresponding documentation. Once the system is commissioned, the supplier offers third-level support.
