Waterschap Noorderzijlvest zorgt in een groot deel van Groningen, in Noord- en Midden-Drenthe en in een stukje Friesland voor veilig leven met water, schoon water, gezuiverd water en voldoende water in elk seizoen. Voor onze 300 medewerkers gaat een gezonde en toekomstbestendige leef-, woon- en werkomgeving van de circa 383.000 inwoners in ons gebied boven alles. Dit vraagt om gedreven professionals die uitblinken in hun eigen vakgebied en passie. Binnen Waterschap Noorderzijlvest wordt veel ruimtelijke informatie verzameld en gebruikt. Dit gebeurt met speciale software zoals GIS en FME. Aangezien hier steeds meer vraag naar is zijn we binnen het cluster Geo & Data op zoek naar een GIS-Specialist/Ontwikkelaar voor 32 uur per week. De opdracht De opdracht voor de GIS-Specialist/Ontwikkelaar is om (ruimtelijke) data uit uiteenlopende bedrijfsprocessen met elkaar te verbinden zodat we als organisatie effici?nt alle vragen en opgaven op het gebied van water kunnen beantwoorden. De ruimtelijke data kan heel uiteenlopend zijn; van puntenwolken (verzameld met onze eigen drones) tot visualisatie in 3D en van slibdikte tot baggerplan. Met onze ESRI- en FME-software zorgen we voor verzamelen, verwerking, analyse, visualisatie en ontsluiting in onze geo-portalen.
