Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi polegającej na odbiorze, transporcie i zagospodarowaniu odpadów komunalnych pochodzących od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych zlokalizowanych na terenie gminy Miedźna, obejmujących teren: a) zabudowy mieszkalnej jednorodzinnej, b) zabudowany budynkami wielolokalowymi- teren sołectwa Wola I i Wola II, c) odpady gromadzone i przekazywane przez Punk Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych, zlokalizowany w Gilowicach przy ul. Leśnej 25 i stałe punkty zbiórki (przeterminowane leki oraz zużyte baterie, d) opróżnianie koszy ulicznych oraz odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych w nich zgromadzonych, zlokalizowanych na terenie sołectw: Miedźna, Grzawa, Góra, Gilowice, Frydek, Wola. Szczegółowy zakres niniejszego zadania został ujęty i opisany w załączonej dokumentacji OPZ – załącznik nr 4 do SWZ – OPZ, który wraz z załącznikiem nr 2 do SWZ – wzór umowy, stanowi szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia.
