Quotations must be received no later than: 20 October 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Submission Address: Attention: Chairman, Central Procurement Board Ministry of Finance, Economic Planning and Information Technology 2nd Floor, Administrative Building Bay Street, Kingstown Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Email: Validity of Quotations Quotations shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the deadline for submission of quotations. Evaluation and Award Quotations will be evaluated on the basis of compliance with the technical requirements, delivery requirements, and commercial terms specified in the RFQ document. The contract shall be awarded to the supplier submitting the lowest evaluated substantially responsive quotation that meets the requirements of the RFQ. All suppliers shall observe the highest standards of ethics during the procurement process and execution of any resulting contract.
