Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines: Development of a Costed Roadmap for a Queen Conch CITES Non-Detriment Finding (NDF), Including a Study Tour to Observe NDF Systems in Operation Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines: Development of a Costed Roadmap for a Queen Conch CITES Non-Detriment Finding (NDF), Including a Study Tour to Observe NDF Systems in Operation Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines: Development of a Costed Roadmap for a Queen Conch CITES Non-Detriment Finding (NDF), Including a Study Tour to Observe NDF Systems in Operation × Description Consultants should submit their Expressions of Interest in English and are requested to limit their submission to a curriculum vitae of no more than fifteen (15) pages together with a covering letter of no more than two (2) pages. Submissions will be assessed only against the criteria listed above; technical proposals, methodologies and work samples are not required at this stage and will not be evaluated. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16 and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” [July 2016 [revised November 2017, August 2018 and November 2020, September 2023, February 2025], setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultant Selection method set out in the Procurement Regulations. Expressions of Interest must be delivered in written form to the address below (in person, by mail, or by e-mail) no later than 16:00 hours (local time, UTC-4) on 19 October 2026.
