Für die Beheizung des Berufskollegs Meschede ist die Anlagentechnik von Grund auf neu zu installieren. Die Wärmeerzeugung erfolgt über 2 im Außenbereich aufzustellender Luft- Wasserwärmepumpen. 2 weitere Boosterwärmepumpen dienen für die Anhebung der Systemtemperarturen der ebenfalls zu versorgenden Sporthalle. 2 Gas-Brennwertkessel für die Abdeckung der Spitzenlasten sind ebenfalls zu installieren. Die Installation der Technikzentrale erfolgt im Untergeschoss eines auf dem Gelände bestehenden Gebäudes (Bauteil R), welches zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt losgelöst von den hier beschriebenen Maßnahmen saniert werden soll. Die heizungsseitige Anbindung des Neubaus erfolgt über bereits neu verlegte Nahwärmeleitungen. Im Neubau ist das Verteilnetz bestehend aus Rohrleitungen und Heizungsverteilern geschossweise nebst Zubehör zu installieren.
