Coaching services for individual clients

Possible target groups for Area 1 are primarily individual clients of employment services who are at various stages of their job search. The procurement will consider ensuring the individual and long-term service needs of clients and will take into account special needs. Particular emphasis will be placed on the quality, continuity, accessibility, affordability, availability, and comprehensiveness of services, the specific needs of different user groups, user participation and increased influence, and innovation. Examples of the most typical types of employment promotion services include: 1) various group coaching services, which support clients in job searching (e.g., job search coaching) and in clarifying career and vocational options, applying for vocational training, and developing work life skills (e.g., career coaching); 2) various individual coaching solutions that support clients in finding employment and in training conducted at the workplace (e.g., job coaching). The core work of PKS coaching services is done through quality interactions with individual clients. Achieving effective results requires strong expertise in employment promotion services, the functioning of the labor market, and the operating environment of companies and employers. Client work must be able to reconcile the demands and opportunities of working life with systematic coaching and motivation for changing individual client situations. In addition, work in PKS coaching services may require expertise related to service coordination, planning, development, communication, data-driven management, and administrative work.
