"High Content" Microscopy Cell Analyzer System

This tender concerns the procurement of a "High Content" microscopy cell analyzer system with LED excitation, to be acquired through a purchase agreement. The system is intended for advanced cell analysis, offering high throughput capabilities. Key technical specifications for the system include a high-resolution camera with at least 4.4 Megapixels and a pixel size of no more than 6.5 micrometers. It must be equipped with at least eight high-energy LEDs for excitation, covering a spectral range from 365 nm to 660 nm. The system should also feature an environmental chamber to support live-cell experiments, alongside an automated water immersion system and associated high numerical aperture objectives. This configuration aims to reduce the excitation energy required for live-cell studies, thereby minimizing light-induced damage to the cells. A crucial component is the true point confocal optics with a dual spinning disk enhanced by microlenses, enabling true confocality in both the x and y directions. Furthermore, the system must include a dedicated LED source for transmission imaging and at least two digital phase contrast (DPC) modes for unstained sample analysis.
