Das Bestandsgebäude muss vor Beginn der Sanierungs- und Umbauarbeiten von Schadstoffen befreit werden. Hierzu sind SSK-Leistungen für Planung und Ausführung notwendig. Nachweise der Sachkunde nach DGUV-Regel 101-004 bzw. Fachkunde nach TRGS 524 sowie TRGS 519 sind erforderlich. Ebenso Vorlage von Zusammenfassungen zweier Referenzprojekte mit vergleichb. Maßnahmen, max. je 2 Seiten DIN A4. Die Projektleitung des Auftragnehmers muss gewährleisten, bei Bedarf innerhalb von 24h vor Ort persönlich auf der Baustelle zu erscheinen. Eine stufenweise Beauftragung bleibt vorbehalten. BGF Bestandsgebäude: ca. 611 m2, Baubeginn 2029, Baufertigstellung 2030.
