 Predmetom zákazky je poskytovanie mobilných hlasových a dátových služieb pre Ministerstvo zdravotníctva SR prostredníctvom 120 SIM kariet.  Hlasové služby zahŕňajú mesačný paušál s neobmedzenými volaniami, SMS a MMS v rámci SR a do krajín EÚ.  Dátové služby sú rozdelené podľa objemu dát na neobmedzené (5 ks), 10 GB (65 ks) a 20 GB (50 ks), plus 15 samostatných SIM kariet pre mobilný internet s objemom 20 GB.  Súčasťou riešenia je zriadenie Virtuálnej privátnej siete (VPS) pre uzavretú skupinu koncových zariadení objednávateľa.  Doplnkové služby zahŕňajú roamingové balíky v skupine Svet (hlasové minúty, SMS a dáta od 1 GB do 5 GB) aktivované podľa aktuálnej potreby.
