Zudem umfasst dies auch die Einrichtung und Wartung des physikalischen Serversystems. Zu diesem Zweck wird zwischen dem Bieter und dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht auf Grundlage der Ausschreibungsunterlagen ein EVB-IT Dienstvertrag und EVB-IT Pflegevertrag S geschlossen.
