Original language: fiHR-järjestelmän hankinta Hankinnan kohteena on SaaS-palveluna hankittava HR-järjestelmä, joka toimii organisaation henkilöstötiedon ensisijaisena lähteenä ja tukee koko työsuhteen elinkaarta työsuhteen alkamisesta työsuhteen päättymiseen. Järjestelmän tulee olla prosessilähtöinen kokonaisuus, jossa tieto syntyy kerran, on rakenteista ja ajantasaista, ja jota hyödynnetään johdonmukaisesti HR-prosesseissa, esihenkilötyössä, raportoinnissa ja palkkahallinnossa. Careerialla tulee olla järjestelmässä laajat pääkäyttäjäoikeudet järjestelmän hallintaan, uusien sisältöjen luomiseen ja ylläpitämiseen.
Hankinnassa on huomioitu, että Careeria tulee myöhemmin kilpailuttamaan myös palkanlaskentajärjestelmän, minkä vuoksi nyt hankittavassa HR-järjestelmässä tulee olla kyvykkyys integroitua markkinoilla yleisesti käytössä olevien palkanlaskentajärjestelmien kanssa.
