Hankinnan kohteena on HUS Naistenklinikan B-osan peruskorjauksen toteuttaminen yhteistoiminnallisena projektinjohtourakkana tavoitebudjetilla. B-osa on Naistenklinikan päärakennuksen viimeinen peruskorjaamaton osa. Rakennus on otettu käyttöön vuonna 1934, ja se on asemakaavassa sr-2-suojeltu. Peruskorjaus kattaa B-osan tunnelikerroksesta katolle (kokonaispinta-ala n. 8 661 brm²), korjaa sisäilmaongelmat ja uudistaa tilat erikoissairaanhoidon vaatimuksia vastaaviksi.
