Im Sommer 2025 wurde im Rahmen des Projektes HWS Triftbach bereits die Ufermauererhöhung im Dorf als Sofortmassnahme ausgeführt. Nun folgt die Realisierung des Geschiebesammlers Bodmen. Dieser soll das Geschiebe bei einem Hochwasserereignis zurückhalten. Ohne das mitgeführte Geschiebe verringert sich die Gefahr einer Überflutung im Dorfabschnitt massiv. Die Ausführung rund um den Geschiebesammler ist auf den beiliegenden Projektplänen (Beilagen B0 bis B8) ersichtlich. Die Geschiebesperre ist ca. 15.40 m hoch.
