I/35 Ohrazenice – Valdštejnsko DPS, engineering, visualization and TP without BIM

This public procurement tender concerns the preparation of the next stage of project documentation, specifically the Detailed Project Stage (DPS) as defined by Decree No. 227/2024 Coll., and engineering activities required to obtain a permit for the intended construction. The scope of work also includes property and legal preparation for the construction, technical assistance, and project visualization. The existing I/35 road in the specified section is part of the E442 international road network and also a component of the TEN-T network. Previously, a bypass was constructed in Turnov, and a joint bypass for roads I/16 and I/35 was built around Jičín. Between Turnov and Jičín, the I/35 route passes through several smaller villages. Due to spatial constraints, upgrading the existing road by increasing its capacity within its current alignment is not feasible. Therefore, variant E1 of constructing a new route was approved during the EIA process. This tender covers the activities necessary to obtain the construction permit for the subject section of the future communication route, utilizing partial results from the ongoing detailed geotechnical survey concurrently. The project explicitly excludes the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM).
