Description

Implementierung und Betrieb einer Identity & Access Management Lösung (IAM-Lösung) samt Abbildung von Organisationsstrukturen und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie zugehörigem Support Auftragsgegenstand ist eine Identity & Access Management Lösung (IAM-Lösung) als Software as a Service (SaaS). Es handelt sich um ein zweistufiges Projekt, welches aus der Abbildung von Organisationsstrukturen und Optimierung von Prozessen (u.a. Workflows, De-/Provisionierung von Usern, Self Services, Single-Sign-On, Multifaktor Authentifizierung, Clearing Center) sowie der Implementierung des Systems besteht. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören insbesondere folgende Leistungen: Implementierung, Ersteinrichtung und Einführung eines Identity & Access Management Tools als SaaS (IAM-Lösung) und zugehörige Unterstützungsleistungen Anschließende Bereitstellung von Lizenzen (Subscriptions) für die implementierte, eingerichtete und eingeführte IAM-Lösung Support- und Serviceleistungen im Anschluss an die Implementierung, Ersteinrichtung und Einführung Weitere Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung (Anhang 01). Laufzeit: Unbestimmt Mindestvertragslaufzeit: 48 Monate (anschließend ordentliches Kündigungsrecht für Auftraggeber) Wichtiger Hinweis zu der Bereitstellung der Vergabeunterlagen: Der Anforderungskatalog "Ausschlusskriterien" (Anhang 07), Anforderungskatalog "Bewertungskriterien" (Anhang 08) sowie die Auflistung der Basistechnologien Stadt Bochum (Anhang 09) enthalten sensible Informationen zu der IT-Infrastruktur der Stadt Bochum und werden daher im Einklang mit § 5 Abs. 3 VgV erst nach dem Einreichen der unterzeichneten Geheimhaltungsvereinbarung (Anhang 13) bereitgestellt. Die unterzeichnete Geheimhaltungsvereinbarung ist über die Vergabeplattform via Kommunikationsfunktion der Vergabeplattform einzureichen. Die als vertraulich eingestuften Vergabeunterlagen werden unverzüglich entsprechend bereitgestellt.
