Участникът следва да е надлежно оторизиран от производителя на софтуера или от негов официален представител за предоставено право на извършване на разпространение на предлаганите софтуерни продукти на територията на Република България. Изискванията към изпълнението са подробно описани в Техническата спецификация на Възложителя към обособената позиция - Приложение № 1.1.
