Description

The Territory as represented by ACT Courts and Tribunal (ACTCT), Justice and Community Safety Directorate (JACS) is seeking industry feedback as part of design and discovery for a replacement Integrated Courts Case Management System (ICMS). ACTCT currently utilises an ICMS procured from another Australian jurisdiction. Whilst this system has served ACTCT well, ACTCT is interested to develop an understanding of contemporary approaches to courts case management. ACTCT may issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) at a later stage seeking a supplier to advise on the design and discovery elements of a replacement ICMS. ACTCT would like to consult with industry on the scope and content of this design and discovery engagement. Suppliers are invited to respond to this RFI in the form of Attachment C – RFI Response Schedule. In submitting a Response, the Supplier must comply with all requirements set out in this RFI, including all attachments. It should be noted that this RFI is an industry consultation and information gathering document to inform a possible RFQ process. The Territory makes no undertaking that a RFQ will follow this RFI process.
