Description

The Department of the Registrar, Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide court recording, monitoring, and transcription services for proceedings conducted by the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission and associated industrial relations jurisdictions. The successful Contractor will be responsible for delivering accurate, reliable, and timely transcription services from recordings captured using the Customer’s existing digital audio and video recording systems. Services will primarily support proceedings conducted within the Perth CBD, with occasional requirements across regional Western Australia. The Customer is seeking a Contractor capable of delivering high-quality services while demonstrating the flexibility to support future advancements in digital recording and transcription technologies, including automation and process improvement initiatives. Audio-visual, recording, and computer systems will continue to be provided and maintained by the Customer and are not included within the scope of this procurement.
