Description

ECU is seeking innovative retail partners capable of providing a contemporary, customer-focused retail experience that supports the diverse needs of students, staff, alumni, and visitors. The University is interested in solutions that combine physical retail, digital channels, and value-added services to enhance convenience, accessibility, and the overall campus experience. The scope of services may include, but is not limited to: Operation of a campus retail outlet and associated retail services. Supply and management of ECU-branded merchandise, apparel, gifts, and promotional products. Provision of mandatory student and staff uniforms. Supply of stationery, academic materials, technology accessories, convenience products, food and beverage items, and other retail products. Online retail capabilities, including e-commerce, click-and-collect, and fulfilment services. Inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain management. Customer service and support across multiple campuses. Brand management, merchandising, and quality assurance. Innovative retail solutions that enhance customer experience and deliver value to the University. The purpose of this EOI is to assess market capability, identify innovative retail delivery models, and shortlist suitably qualified respondents for participation in a subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Respondents are invited to demonstrate their capability, relevant experience, proposed retail concept, operational model, and ability to deliver integrated retail services within a complex, multi-campus university environment. This EOI is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process. Only shortlisted respondents will be invited to participate in the subsequent RFP
