Original language: fiHankinnan kohteena oli kiinteistöjen koneellisten ilmanvaihtolaitteiden suodattimien toimittaminen tilaajille tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä määritetyillä ehdoilla. Hankinta sisälsi tarjouspyynnössä yksilöidyt standardit ja erikoismittaiset pussisuodattimet, laajapintasuodattimet, hepa -suodattimet, aktiivihiilisuodattimet, kasetti- ja pienkonesuodattimet ja suodatinmatot sekä muut tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 1 Energiakustannus- ja tuotekustannuskori esitetyt suodattimet. Tilaajat voivat sopimuskauden aikana tilata sopimustoimittajalta myös muita toimittajan valikoimaan kuuluvia suodattimia, jonka vuoksi sopimustoimittajaksi valittavalta tarjoajalta vaaditaan riittävän laajaa suodatinten valikoimaa. Tuotteilta vaaditaan korkeaa laatua tarkoituksenmukaisen sisäilmanlaadun saavuttamiseksi ja sisäilmanvaihdon kokonaiskustannusten laskemiseksi. Sopimustoimittajaksi valitaan kokonaistaloudellisuuden perusteella yksi (1) tarjouspyynnön ehdot täyttävä tarjoaja. Hankintaa ei ole jaettu osiin eikä osa-tarjouksia hyväksytä. Sopimuskausi on alustavasti 1.6.2026 - 31.5.2028. Hankintayksikkö varaa mahdollisuuden jatkaa sopimusta kahdella (2) optiovuodella, vuosi kerrallaan. Hankintaan ei sisälly määräostovelvoitetta. Tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä esitetyt määrät (painotuskertoimet) ovat arvioita 1 vuoden aikana tarvittavista suodattimien määrästä.
