Original language: fiHankinnan kohteena on selvitys puolustusteollisuuden ja kaksikäyttöteknologioiden yritys- ja arvoketjuista, osaamis- ja työvoimatarpeista sekä alueellisista ekosysteemeistä Suomessa. Selvityksessä puolustusteollisuutta tarkastellaan ensisijaisesti yritysten sekä niiden työvoima- ja osaamistarpeiden näkökulmasta. Tarkastelussa huomioidaan myös alueellisten ekosysteemien ja muiden toimijoiden rooli yritysten kilpailukyvyn tukena. Tavoitteena on muodostaa yritys- ja arvoketjulähtöinen tilannekuva koko Suomen puolustusteollisuuden ja siihen kytkeytyvän kaksikäyttöliiketoiminnan keskeisistä rakenteista ja kehittämistarpeista. Keskeisenä tarkastelun lähtökohtana on ymmärtää, millaisia rooleja suomalaisilla yrityksillä on näissä arvoketjuissa sekä miten alueelliset vahvuudet ja ekosysteemit tukevat yritysten kilpailukykyä ja kasvua.
