Procurement of Ventilation Filters 2024

The City of Espoo accounts for EUR 2,800,000 of this value, the Länsi-Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County for EUR 400,000, and the other procuring entities for a combined total of EUR 600,000. The procurement will be conducted as a framework agreement in accordance with the Finnish Public Procurement Act. Two (2) suppliers will be selected for the framework agreement, ranked in order of preference. A more detailed description of the scope of the procurement is provided in Annex 1 of the request for proposals, titled "Description of the Subject Matter of the Procurement". This framework agreement aims to ensure a consistent and efficient supply of essential ventilation filters for the diverse real estate portfolio of the involved public sector organizations, supporting their operational needs and maintaining indoor air quality.
